You can refer to our size chart to select your perfect jutti size. If you are confused about what size to order, measure your feet. Draw the outline of your foot on a piece of paper. Measure the distance between your big toe and your heel in centimeters (cms). Refer to the Size Chart and match your feet size to the length (cms) column to figure out your perfect jutti size.
To avoid any inconvenience for our valued customers, we use standard US and EUR shoe sizes to help you pick the perfect size. Our products are made of faux leather that adjust itself to take the shape of your feet. We offer exchange in case there is a quality concern or a size issue from company's end. Exchange is only acceptable if the customer notifies of such matter within 7 days of receiving the product. Product exchange will be done without any extra charges if there is a quality concern or a size issue from company's end within 15 working days of complaint registration.
Local Replacement charges will be Rs. 600/- if customer demands a replacement in case of incorrect size ordered.
For International Replacement claim, company's policy might be subject to change as per the scenario put forth by the client.
We will offer full refund if the desired product is not the same within 7 working days through bank transfer.
Saheliyan holds the responsibility to reject any exchange claim if not met with company policy as mentioned in the paragraph above.
