Does Free Shipping policy offer include custom charges and tax as well?
For the USA only, there will be no custom charges and VAT (taxes). However, for the rest of the countries, you might have to pay for the customs and taxes as per your country’s import policy.
Will the custom charges be waived off if we mention a gift or devalue the package?
For the USA only, custom charges and VAT (taxes) are non-applicable. However for rest of the countries, even if we devalue or mark the order as ‘gift’, custom charges and VAT will be applicable as per your country’s import policy.
Do you provide boxes with the order?
We send shoes in the courier company’s box when the number of products are 12 or more. Below this quantity, the shoes are sent in the courier's flyer to keep the shipping cost minimal as mentioned at the time of checkout.
Our current packaging of international orders consists of:
- Bubble wrap
- Dust bag
- Care instruction cards
- Courier company’s box (if number of products are 12 or more
- Flyer (if number of products are less than 12)

What can be shipped internationally?
Only shoes, bags and jewelry can be shipped internationally. Any sorts of liquid like body mists can’t be shipped internationally because of export policies of Pakistan.

Is worldwide free shipping offer applicable on wholesale orders?
Yes, the customer can order in bulk as a wholesaler and avail free shipping offer. In this case, wholesale discounts on products will not be applicable. The wholesaler can either choose to avail FREE SHIPPING offer or product discounts. Both can’t be availed together.
