Terms & Conditions

We're pleased to offer a same day and next-day self pick-up service for customers who need their order urgently. Please review the terms below before placing your request.

Eligibility & Booking Self pick-up bookings are accepted for same-day or next-day collection, excluding national holidays, subject to the following conditions:

  1. Order timing — Orders must be placed before 2:00 PM (PKT) to qualify for same-day or next-day pick-up.
  2. Minimum order value — The order total must exceed PKR 10,000/-.
  3. Payment method — Payment is accepted as cash on pick-up only. Credit and debit card payments are not accepted for this service.
  4. Service charge — A pick-up service fee of PKR 1,000/- applies per order.
  5. Pick-up location — Collection is available at our Lahore location only. The exact address will be shared with you directly upon order confirmation.

For urgent orders, we recommend placing your request as early as possible within the eligible window to ensure timely processing and collection.
