Terms & Conditions (Sindh & KPK, Main Cities)
We're pleased to offer a 2-day express delivery service for customers in select cities across Sindh and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Please review the terms below before placing an urgent order.
Eligibility & Booking
Express delivery bookings are accepted for 2-day delivery, excluding national holidays, subject to the following conditions:
- Order timing — Orders must be placed before 2:00 PM (PKT) to qualify for 2-day express delivery.
- Minimum order value — The order total must exceed PKR 10,000/-.
- Payment requirement — Full payment must be made at the time of ordering; cash on delivery is not available for this service.

Express delivery charges — An additional delivery fee applies based on the number of products ordered:
- Up to 3 products: PKR 2,000/-
- Up to 6 products: PKR 3,500/-
- Up to 9 products: PKR 5,000/-
- Applicable cities — This service covers Karachi, Hyderabad, Peshawar, Wah Cantt, and other major cities across Sindh and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Please Note: Urgent/express delivery is currently not available for orders to Balochistan.
For fastest processing, we recommend placing your order well before the 2 PM cut-off and ensuring payment is completed at checkout.
